What's Included When You Register for a Full Semester

Tuition for Indoor classes includes the following:

• 3 make-ups within the same semester

General Health Reminders

Please refrain from attending class if you or anyone in your household has been exhibiting fever or any type of possible germ-spreading issues less than 24-48 hours before your scheduled class. Thank you for protecting everyone, and please schedule a make-up session at your convenience. Individual missed classes can be made up as explained below. There will be no refunds or credits offered for individual missed classes.  Contact our office with questions/concerns. You may make-up missed classed within the same registered semester.

What to Bring to Class 

Nothing! If you are breast- or bottle-feeding, you're welcome to feed your baby right in class in our circle. If you or your older child(ren) need a snack, etc., please feel free to step outside of the classroom to have that as it can be destracting to the other families present. We will provide the intruments or props in class for everyone.

Guests

We love having guests - especially siblings and extended family. In order to accomodate children under the age of 9 - who are not enrolled in our classes, please have their family register for a Free Preview Class for the date they'll attend with you. I allow one free preview class per child (over 8 months though 8 yrs., 11 months) per semester. After that, please have them register for a "Drop-In" class fee of $20/class. They are, of course, welcome to join you at any of our online classes upon your registration for that. 

Missed Classes

Families who miss individual classes can make them up at any of our classes at other locations (per the Make Up Scheduler) if space allows. I allow only 3 make-ups per semester, and missed classes must be made up within the same semester which the child is currently registered. Please communicate with Mary Bowen, Director if another need arises.

Weather Related Cancelations

If we cannot hold class in-person due to inclement weather, class will be held in our Virtual classroom via Zoom at your same class time on the day of cancellation. If you choose not to attend that online class, you will have to try and schedule an in-person make-up as soon as possible within the same semester.
