This is based on the honor system and through the discretion of Director/Owner, Mary Bowen.

Further, the scholarship fund is not very big (yet!) and is still growing. We will do our very best to help where we can. If funds are depleted at the time of your request, we will let you know right away, and then be in touch once funds become available again.
